Just dance 2 for the wii enough exercise to loose weight?

I’ve been playing over an hour of just dance 2 the wii game everyday its actually really hard work I always end up sweating and exhausted anyway I’ve been eating less and playing daily for over an hour do you think this may result in weight loss?

That game is so much fun! It’s such a workout! I think it will result in weight loss if you keep playing it for at least an hour, plus eating healthier and drinking more water always helps too!
