absolutely. I went on a diet two weeks ago and since then ive lost 19 pounds from
playing the wii for 40 minutes(2 times a day for 20 minutes) a day and eating a healthy three meals a day withouth eating after 7. and thats the only workout I do.
well along with 60 crunches thru out the day. but still yes you do lose weight and it’s a fun way to workout.
